Adult Discipleship

Our Sunday morning discipleship classes for adults begin at 9:30am.

  • Bible: The Book of 1-2 Peter. In the fall/winter, Jay Gardner is teaching from 1-2 Peter and Jude. Join us to study a message of hope and assurance to persecuted believers.
  • Theology: Everyday Theology. John Jones is teaching a year-long class that introduces various theological topics. Called, Everyday Theology, the goal is not to exhaustively pursue the topic, nor to debate a particular position, but to consider the biblical data for the theological topic. We will devote one to three mornings on a variety of important topics like: the divinity of Jesus, conversion, the atonement, free will, etc. Each class will include an introductory illustration, a list of relevant passages, explanation of the passages, and a closing application.

Our weekday Bible study takes place Tuesdays, 7:00pm-8:30pm, at the church in the large north classroom.

  • Knowing God. From September 2017 to May 2018, this is a study of the doctrine of God and personally knowing Him as He is revealed in the Bible. Bill March is the primary teacher, using a book by J. I. Packer (Knowing God), provided to all who attend. All are invited to this study. Childcare is provided.
